The course includes: health; safety; due diligence of food safety laws; maintenance; cleaning and operating of food machinery; basic sandwich and salad preparations; basic cookery approaches, all used in smaller hospitality outlets/establishments (within the units discussed). You will provide first class customer service and hospitality within a realistic working environment at the world-renowned international cricket ground at Trent Bridge. The Hospitality business is all about making sure that people have the best experience possible when they visit a restaurant, bar, hotel or any other Hospitality business.
