On the Apprenticeship there is one specialist qualification, Level 2 Diploma in Work-based Horticulture. This includes both competence and knowledge. Elements will be achieved through completion of the mandatory and optional units. The choice of knowledge units will depend on the role decided at the start of the course. In addition you will study: Employee Rights and Responsibilities; Personal Learning and Thinking Skills; Functional Skills Level 1 in English and Maths.
