Name: BTEC L2 Extended Certificate in Art and Design Qualification title: BTEC Diploma in Art and Design (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment Course Assessment:The programme subject tutors will assess at several stages throughout the year usually in line with the end of each unit , which will include practical and written assignments.The majority of your work will be assessed and graded internally and students will recieve regular feedback as to their progress on the course and abilities to reach targets set. There is a small section of the programme that is externally set by BTEC in the final term which is a timed assessment in which will be assessed internally by your tutors and moderated externally by BTEC. In order to monitor your progress there will be a number of progression reports generated for yourself and your parents / guardians with an opportunity for consultations.
