Blogging establishes credibility and authority and helps customers find you when they search online. This workshop will show how quickly and easily a web presence can be established using Word Press. The course will cover how to set-up a WordPress account and adjust user settings to work for you. It will introduce you to the WordPress platform and how to get started using options in the backend(Dashboard) Topics include: - Setting up an account - Setting up a new blog - Touring the WordPress interface (backend) - Editing your profile - Modifying your personal settings - Understanding the difference between posts and pages - Advanced text formatting in a new posts - Inserting images, video, and other media - Publishing a new posts
