This course is designed to introduce you to ceramic sculptural techniques.- Drawing from observation, you will develop individual ideas/themes. - Construct three- dimensional abstracted forms based on your observational drawings. - Experiment with colour, line, texture, through use of decorating techniques and glazes. - Experiment with materials, combining mixed media. - Develop an awareness of historical and contemporary approaches in ceramics.
