Wellbeing courses are open to all but are particularly suitable for those adults looking to take part in a course that focuses on health and wellbeing opportunities, or for those adults with learning difficulties/disabilities seeking wellbeing opportunities, personal development and new skills. There are discounted rates available for those who meet certain criteria. See below for further details.
