This highly effective exercise technique will sculpt your body, increase your overall wellbeing through body and mind awareness and is fun to do. The following elements will be included in your lesson: * How to use correct breathing techniques during exercise * Exercises to strengthen major muscle groups * Learning to use muscles efficiently * Toning the body as a whole * Relaxation * Mobilisation of joints.
