Our qualified tutor will guide you through the methods of cooking delicious Indian quick bites using various Indian spices. You will learn how to prepare quick meals, with various ingredients and time saving methods. You will prepare and cook all the dishes under the guidance of the tutor who will also give demonstrations beforehand. By the end of the course you will have a portfolio of Indian recipes using key spices so you can cook them individually at your leisure. Part of the first session will be devoted to the teacher demonstrating recipes along with handouts. You will learn how to prepare quick, easy and efficient dishes, ready in minutes. You will gain the confidence to cook these dishes using a variety of spices and ingredients. Here is a sample of Indian bites to be covered on this course: Lamb kebabs Samosas Onion Bhajjis Prawn bites Indian spring rolls Pakoras Paneer tikka You will need to purchase the ingredients for each session and bring an apron, tea towel and container/s to take the food home. For some of the dishes you may need to bring appropriate pans or dishes in which to cook them, as advised by the tutor.
