This is a course that supports students to identify key issues and come up with plans to practice with to support recovery. This course is facilitated by two trainers, one of whom has lived experience of overcoming mental health difficulties to support them in their work and home life. This provides an inspirational impact on those attending. This course is part of RACC's community learning mental health pilot.
