The aim of this course is to provide opportunities for you to explore and understand the use of meditation as a tool to manage daily stresses and strains through the use of Mindfulness practice. It is a gentle course that allows you to relax and learn meditation and relaxation techniquesLearning a gentle and gradual process to of Listening to the mind and the nature of thing, while sitting in observation of the body -mind connection through the breath. Developing mental consciousness ranges from our experiences of anger and desire to the subtle level of complete stillness and clarity. This is achieved by observing and dealing with the rest of the mind. Allowing the brain to relax in order to awakened our own inner wisdom. This course is ok for complete beginner to more expert meditation practitioner
