Cake Decoration for Improvers with Carole Rayner

This class is suitable for students who have previous experience and who want to improve technique. You will learn how to decorate cakes for all sorts of occasions from birthdays to weddings and Easter. You will develop the skills needed to pipe with royal icing, mould sugar paste roses and leaves, make figures and small animals from sugar paste and decorate a chocolate egg. A basic equipment list will be provided before the course begins. Please note, materials will need to be bought each week in order to complete the projects.
