On this Level 3 course, you will be introduced to more complex accounting tasks such as the preparation of final accounts for sole traders and partnerships. On the daytime course you attend on a Tuesday and on the evening course you attend 2 evenings per week (Tuesday and Thursday). You will learn how to maintain cost accounting records and preparation of reports and returns, including indirect tax. In addition, you cover financial spreadsheets and professional ethics. Students will be assessed by computer based tests and assessments set by the Association of Accounts Technicians (AAT) examining board.
