This course is ideal if you are working in a customer service or customer care role within any type of business, and aspire to become a supervisor. You will receive guidance to build a portfolio to demonstrate your skills which will be assessed in College on an ongoing basis via online learning facilities. Observations will be carried out in the workplace so you will need to obtain your employer's agreement for these visits.
