Learn How to Sew

Develop confidence in using a sewing machine to create lots of exciting projects including skirts, trousers, simple blouses and dresses. Utilising a range of sewing stitches learn how to hem, overlock, sew seams, pockets, zips and darts. You gain an understanding of fabric and how to use it in your project as well as learning to cut from a simple pattern. You read and follow commercial patterns to construct unique garments working with some independence under the guidance of the tutor.
