This Level 2 First Extended Certificate in Sport is a one year, full time, work related course aimed at students who wish to consider a career in the sports or leisure industries. During the course you will undertake visits, exercises, and practical sports experience. You will be expected to participate in a range of challenging sports and classroom based sessions and gain underpinning knowledge related to working in the sports industry. The course is suitable for school leavers and adults who are interested in studying sport with a view to a career in this industry. The course is practical and is based on work related assignments.
