Develop your skills and understanding of public services with a Higher National Diploma. You'll learn to identify and formulate plans to solve public service-related problems, as well as investigating the effective use of communication and information technology. On this course you'll develop essential skills such as time management, teamwork and self motivation, plus an understanding of the sensitivity and openness required to work with diverse groups. You will also have the opportunity to study for your English and maths GCSEs alongside your course. These give you entry to Honours programmes at university and are highly valued by employers.
