By the end of the course you will be able to: -Prepare ingredients to make a selection of nutritious dips and pates -Make 2 variations of home-made houmous -Make home-made Tzatziki -Make home-made guacomola -Make home-made lime and smoked mackerel pate. Suitable for beginners. Not suitable for those with a dairy allergy. There is no formal qualification for this Community Learning course. Further healthy eating or cookery courses.
