Bake off but no one gets eliminated. Quick, cheap, tasty, savoury and sweet recipes will be covered, includung baking and decorating cakes. The group can help choose the recipes as the course progresses. Bring an apron if you have one and a hair band to tie back long hair if necessary. You will need a tin / pastic box to transport your baking home.All ingredients are provided at no cost. You will set some targets with our very own 'Mary Berry', and assess these together as the course progresses. You can move on to a 'Jamie Oliver Home cooking' course or other cookery courses run by the local colleges. You might like to try a maths or Englsih course and brush up your skills - ask the course tutor about this.
