T'ai Chi is an ancient oriental art that over time helps revitalise mind, body and spirit through the learning and practice of gentle but powerful energy exercises suitable for all. With individual support as needed, from an experienced tutor, you will begin to feel improvement in muscle tone and general flexibility.Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures and breathing techniques.Course aim: to encourage learners to incorporate T'ai Chi and Qigong exercises and practices into their daily lives to benefit their health and develop mental relaxation.Through repetition and practice learners will be able to acquire basic proficiency in T'ai Chi and Qigong, incorporating deep breathing.
