The aim of this course is to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and co-ordination. Learners will work in a friendly environment to their own capacity.- improve the cardio vascular system - improve posture and core control- tone major muscle groups- develop/maintain flexibility- develop balance and coordination Learners will become familiar with different stretching and exercise techniques.Learners will work on chairs, mats and from standing, seated and lying positions.
