The day starts with the very basics of animal drawing such as proportion, simple facial expressions & concepts such as animal structure & fast ways to draw animals. The course progresses to painting in the afternoon, involving practicing colour and brushwork. As well as developing an understanding of the above concepts, the learning goals are that learners gain confidence overall & go away without a fear of trying new things. Hopefully learners will leave inspired & want to take animal drawing & painting further - either as a hobby or through other courses.
