Cookery - Mediterranean Middle East Cuisine

You will learn how to prepare and cook a range of authentic and delicious dishes from North Africa and the Middle East. Dishes will include handmade flatbreads, meat, seafood and vegetables and Middle Eastern tapas. All dishes can be adapted to suit any specific diet.

Recipes/ingredients list will be sent 1 week prior to the start of the first lesson. Please bring an apron, tea towels and all ingredients listed. Please also bring suitable containers for taking the dishes home in. It is important to wear suitable clothes and footwear for a busy, hot kitchen.
