This qualification is designed to provide learners with a fundamental knowledge and understanding of IT/computing principles and the skills to use creative technology. This qualification will inspire and enthuse learners to become producers of software, rather than just users of software. During this one year course learners will study a range of units which include*:- * A Digital Portfolio * Install and Maintain Computer Hardware * Multimedia Products Development * Mobile Apps Development * Software Development * Technology Systems * The Online World * Website Development In addition to this course, learners will be enrolled upon Maths and English Functional Skills. If you hold a GCSE grade D in Maths or English, you will be given the opportunity to retake the qualification alongside your course.
