A fun and social course for adults with learning disabilities. This popular course offers a great opportunity for those who wish to learn about handling and caring for a horse. It is a practical hands-on course that gives you the opportunity to develop your skills in handling horses, mucking-out and bedding down, grooming and tack care and learning health and safety around horses. Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather eg. rainwear and wellies. Please bring a drink and snack and money if you wish to purchase farm food goods such as meat, eggs and chicken.
