During the Course you will study 18 units covering the following to achieve 180 credits: ; Hospitality Industry globally ; Customer Services ; Financial controls ; Event planning ; Conference and banqueting are included in work placement units In your second year you will complete a work placement. You will also be given the opportunity to attend event venues and visits to the latest hotels and restaurants. Alongside your main programme of study you will also study either GCSE or Functional Skills in English and Maths if you have not achieved a GCSE grade C or above. If you have achieved a grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths, you will engage in extending these skills through a Directed Study Programme.
