Who is the course for? Anyone with a genuine interest in a career in the ever expanding hairdressing Industry. Potential candidates need to be aware that excellent attendance and punctuality is essential. What can it lead to? You could progress onto the NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing; employment in the Hair Industry or possibly another vocational qualification at level 3 including a level 3 Apprenticeship.(We would recommend that you check entry requirements for other level 3 qualifications as entry requirements may vary). What will I study? The course is designed to develop practical skills and associated science and theory for: client consultations, shampoo and conditioning, basic cutting, styling, and colouring as well as Health and Safety and customer care.
