Who is the course for? If you want to take your first step towards a career in the sport and leisure industry, then this course will give you practical knowledge and theory of sport. You will combine class-based study with fitness and sport activities. This qualification has been designed to help you understand the skills and knowledge needed to work in the sport and active leisure sector. What can it lead to? Students who successfully complete can progress to the BTEC Level 2 Diploma in sport What will I study? The programme will provide the most up to date, comprehensive and high quality training for 16-18 year olds wishing to break into the sport and leisure industry. This provides you with a programme of football training while you work on a full-time course of academic study. You will also participate in games in the British Colleges Sport League, ECFA London.
