The course is practical and theory based and consists of 10 units: health and safety, shampooing, colouring, perming, styling, promoting, working with others, consultation, creating an image and cutting. The skills you are learning need to be practised outside college in order to progress and self develop. Work experience will also be included in the programme. You will also be required to compete in the college competition.
