Learners will gain appreciation of integral Yoga - be able to do Yoga asanas with increased flexibility and strength, with correct placement and alignment--use breath to release physical and mental tension and as an aid to relaxation--use meditation as a tool for mental and deep release. Each class will consist of a warm up, standing and balancing poses--inversions--back bends-- twists-- seated poses, and full body relaxation. Wear loose clothing, bring a blanket for relaxing, together with a mat if you have one, if not one will be supplied by the tutor.
