Kaplan's AAT ISYS PassPlus online course aims to support you in passing your exam and help you to gain the skills you need for a successful career in accountancy. You'll work through a structured study schedule, which will include homework. Your tutor will support and guide you through the course and answer any questions you may have. The aim of this course is to ensure that students know and understand the role of accounting in an organisation, and why internal controls should be in place. They should also be able to recognise systemic weaknesses where errors or fraud may occur. Another purpose of this unit is to ensure students are able to communicate clearly, in writing, at Level 4 standards, in a manner appropriate to the workplace. The examination is in the format of a project. You will be given guidance on whether to submit a work-based project or whether to do the AAT case study.
