Microsoft Office for Beginners

The first four days of the course is aimed at progressing beginners to IT. The course is designed to give you a better understanding of the basic functions of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will develop everyday computer skills, follow safe operating practices and by the end of the course you will have gained confidence in using IT Software. Following this the learner will participate in two days Employability Skills training, where they will complete the units Searching for a Job and Applying for a Job. During these sessions you will receive expert guidance and search and apply for jobs within relevant job sectors.
