The Apprenticeship in Kitchen Services will develop knowledge, skills and understanding such as maintaining a safe, hygienic and secure working enviroment and working effectively as part of a hospitality team. Kitchen Services Intermediate Apprenticeship is a 12 month programme. To complete this Apprenticeship the following requirements must be achieved - Diploma in Kitchen Services Level 2, English and Maths Functional Skills at Level 1.
