The Apprenticeship in Food Service provides opportunities to learn and demonstrate skills and knowledge in how to maintain a safe, hygienic and secure working enviroment. Food Service Intermediate Apprenticeship is a 12 month programme. To complete this Apprenticeship the following requirements must be achieved - Diploma in Food Service Level 2, English and Maths Functional Skills at Level 1.
