This course is aimed at students who wish to gain an overview of working in a business environment. You will study a broad range of subjects to enable you to carry out and manage tasks as well as developing 'soft skills' such as team working and time management. The course is made up of 4 mandatory modules: > Developing and evaluating your performance at work > Working with and supervising others > Managing information and producing documents > Providing and maintaining administrative services You will also study 1 - 2 optional modules in order to complete the qualification. Optional subjects include managing change: producing budgets: stock management: and project management.
