This course is suitable for all abilities. The beginner will be introduced to the medium of soft pastels and will learn how to blend and overlay colours to create paintings using this effective and versatile medium. Those who have had previous experience of using soft pastels can work on a variety of themes which may include landscape, animals, portraits and still life and practice techniques to improve their skills.
