This 30 session course will cover the basic techniques and skills used in sugar craft. The course consists of 4 units: 3 subject based skills units one of which is a sampling unit and a design unit. You will learn not only the skills to work with the materials of the craft but also you will develop your potential as a designer within the discipline.
