This course provides the opportunity to further develop professional food preparation and supervisory techniques to an advanced level. The course covers: - Positive working relationships in hospitality - Risk assessments and minimising risk of accidents in the workplace - Preparing and cooking complex dishes',' including fish',' poultry',' soups',' sauces',' vegetables and desserts. Please note that you will be required to purchase equipment and clothing from an external supplier for this course. Entry Requirements: You need to have four GCSEs A*-C',' one of which should be English or maths. You should be employed in an appropriate setting within the industry for a minimum of 16 hours per week. Career Options: You can progress onto management or related higher level courses.
