Try Yoga - FREE Taster - Open Day

This is a free taster session as part of our Open Day at the Cube in Folkestone; you will learn basic postures and breathing and relaxation techniques. Your tutor will explain the benefits of Yoga and how you can apply them to your daily life. For people of all ages with no previous experience of Yoga necessary who want to find out about Yoga before enrolling on a longer course. Pregnant students should not attend classes until they are at least 16 weeks pregnant. We advise anyone with a pre-existing medical condition to seek advice from their GP before exercising.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing, you will be asked to exercise in bare feet. Yoga should be practised on an empty stomach, so please leave 3-4 hours after a main meal or 2 hours after a light snack.
