This short course is an ideal introduction to making unwired sugar flowers. During the course you will learn to how to use cutters to make a range of unwired blossoms and leaves. You will be introduced to how to use royal icing to add simple piped flower centres. You will also learn how to make unwired roses., , At the end of the course you should be able to:, - Make unwired blossoms and leaves, - Make an unwired rose, - Use royal icing to pipe a flower centre, - Use all tools and equipment safely, , , Please be aware that the items produced throughout this course are for educational purposes only, not for consumption., , There is limited parking on site, but there is a public car park nearby and on-street parking. This course is suitable for anyone interested in making novelty sugar models. Some previous experience of making simple models and working with modelling paste would be useful but is not essential.
