The course will start with studies of natural forms close to hand, and will progress to still life and interior work, incorporating your surroundings and daily routine. You will also look at a variety of British artists from local and national collections, to learn as much as possible about their different styles and methods of working. You will hopefully also conduct visits to Galleries/venues as part of your research for your porject work in class.
