This one day meditation course in Tunbridge Wells will introduce students to a variety of techniques from a range of meditation traditions. Students will be encouraged to practise different techniques in order to explore those which suit their needs. Students will be guided through each technique step-by-step and we will use gentle stretching and breath control to help prepare the body for meditation. , , Students can expect to achieve the following objectives during the course:, , • Breath control techniques (pranayama) for relaxation, • Practice of meditation and relaxation techniques, Everybody welcome! No previous experience of yoga or meditation required, just an open mind and a willingness to learn how to relax and experience a "quiet mind". People with disabilities or current health problems are welcome. Pregnant students are welcome beyond the first trimester of pregnancy.
