Learn how to fault find, dismantle, repair, clean and reassemble a clock to working order. This course is suitable for beginners to more advanced students wishing to develop clock repair skills. Please note this course does not include watch repairs., , By the end of the course students should be able to:, - Identify two faults which need to be rectified., - Follow the appropriate procedure twice when taking the clock apart., - Follow the proper repair procedure on two occassions, - Re-oil correctly after rebuilding one clock movement, , Unless stated craft courses do not carry any accreditation. Students of all abilities wishing to develop clock repair skills. It is important to note that craft courses are practical and require a degree of manual dexterity.If you need to bring a carer with you, or be accompanied by another person please ask to speak to a member of staff prior to enrolment.
