This Body Tone course in Sevenoaks is a low to medium impact cardio class, using resistance equipment to tone and sculpt your body and includes floor based strength and flexibility exercises. , , By the end of this course you should be able to:, - Use basic resistance equipment safely, - Perform muscle, strength and endurance exercises, - Locate muscle groups, - Practise cardiovascular moves, - Exercise independently to music with minimal guidance, - Identify specific exercises for personal use outside of the class. , - Recount at least three ways in which exercises can benefit health and wellbeing throughout various life stages., ,

Entry requirements

You will need supportive, comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Denim jeans, formal trousers, skirts or dress are not suitable for this activity. You should wear shoes with a soft sole. Sandals, boots or any footwear with a high heel are not recommended. You may be advised not to take part if you are not dressed appropriately. , , Students need to bring a mat to work on and may wish to bring a towel.
