Aromatherapy - A Day of Essential Oils for Relaxation and Home Use

TAfter a short introduction to the therapy, demonstration and guidance of all massage techniques will be provided throughout the day. You will work in pairs, on each other, to give and receive shoulder, neck and head massage. You may therefore be paired with someone you do not know., There will be ample time for questions. Supportive handouts are provided., , Treatment is usually given directly to the skin of shoulders and neck and therefore minimal undressing is handled discreetly with the use of towels or sarongs. Treatment may be given over clothes in which case a cotton T-shirt (up to the neck) is appropriate., , We welcome anyone who wishes to learn about essential oils in a relaxed and friendly environment.including those interested in complementary therapies, anyone interested in using essential oils for health, harmony and household, or students or therapists with experience in other therapies who wish to learn something new., This course is not suitable for pregnant women.,

Entry requirements

Notebook and pen, 2 large towels (one to lie on and one to cover you), hair band or clip to keep hair off shoulders for shoulder part of massage and wear a top with sleeves that can be rolled up for when you are performing the massage.
