The Great Outdoors is also our Great Medicine Cabinet. Herbs have been the source of healing for thousands of years and still form the basis for a lot of conventional medicine today. Herbal medicine is very popular in its own right and is part of a thriving community. We will take a leisurely meander around an everyday part of Tonbridge countryside in the company of an experienced herbalist. You will need clothing suitable for the occasion including stout shoes or wellingtons as you will be walking around the countryside. You may wish to bring some nibbles as a snack to drink with the herb tea supplied. A pen, paper, your spectacles, a camera and a magnifying glass might all be useful.
