Furniture Restoration

This week long Furniture Restoration course at Sevenoaks Adult Education is a practical course enabling students to develop restoration skills and work on a small project of their own choice. , Aside from individual learning activities the course will include introductory experience of French polishing, veneering, matching antique surfaces, elements of design style, wood recognition, dealing with holes and gas, reproducing missing mouldings and carvings, casting plaster resin, using tools and structural repairs., , There is a large free car park at Sevenoaks The Sevenoaks course will be suitable for students of all levels of ability and experience including complete beginners. The course requires a certain level of manual dexterity.
