Students will observe and draw a model each week., , This course will cover basic proportions and measuring., , The exploration of Line in Pencil., The use of Tone for FORM in Charcoal., The transition into Shape and Colour., Students will cover a range of Drawing techniques relevant to the tasks., , , , Beginners and those with no experience.

Please do not purchase anything if you are a new student, your tutor will advise you. If you have done other art classes before please bring anything relevent. You may wish to bring along an A4 sketch book if you have one as well as pencils, charcoal and rubber. We do have an onsite shop where materials can be purchased at a reasonable rate.For the first session students will need a 2b, 4b, 6b pencil and we will work on Cartridge paper., Paper and pencils can be purchased on the day.
