This Tai Chi Absolute Beginners course centres on relaxation and balance. We will learn different techniques and sets of exercises, all taken from the world of Tai Chi and Qigong, that lead towards greater relaxation and improved balance, as well as contribute to other aspects of well being of both body and mind. , We will also touch on the philosophy of Tai Chi and how it can be used in everyday life., , Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise. The movement follows the natural ways of the body. Progress is slow to allow students to experience awareness of both body and mind as they exercise.
