Please do be aware that style and content may vary., , , By the end of this course you should be able to:, • Have a basic understanding of the philosophy and terminology of Tai Chi, • Demonstrate part of the form by following using correct alignment, • Demonstrate at least one partner exercise (Sticking, Rain Drops, Seaweed) , • Demonstrate and explain Tai Chi relaxation methods., For those who have completed the beginners course or have experience of Tai Chi.
