This ' Stress Awareness' workshop in Gravesend will show you how to identify the symptoms of stress and show you simple techniques for coping with stress., , This course is an introduction to proven techniques in stress management. It aims to help students find more helpful and positive ways to deal with stress and so feel calmer and more in control of their day-to-day lives., , **Please Note: This course will not remove students' problems, but will help students to deal with stress more positively.
